CASE STUDY 1 COMPANY 1 - LOW STAFF/TRADE COUNTER This company only employed four people, however they also had customers calling in at the trade counter for their products. Due to the small number of staff employed, sometimes customers had to wait whilst staff finished either on the phone or with other waiting customers. Although customers never said anything, sometimes there was the feeling of customers getting impatient waiting for service. We contacted the customer and suggested two options which would be suitable for the trade counter location. Either one compact Quickbreak incup machine or one table top fully automatic profile drinks machine. This would enable customers to have a drink whilst waiting for service and help alleviate their anxiety while waiting. The system was installed and as a result not only did it help alleviate the customers anxiety but also led to added business, as the other supplier in the town did not offer this type of facility. This facility cost the company a few pence, however, resulting orders on many occasions resulted in hundreds of pounds with the additional business. This is based on a Quickbreak and pro-automatic drinks machine. CASE STUDY 2 COMPANY 2 - SMALL OFFICE/VISITOR REQUIREMENT This company had five office staff with four sales staff who had a monthly meeting in the boardroom. Everybody used the kitchen area, however the mess and time that was taken up by staff self brewing, either there was no milk left in the fridge or it went sour, the time taken to buy tea and coffee from the cash and carry, it was decided to install a high quality, low cost drinks machine. When Options Management contacted them, we recommended that we install one compact, high quality Flavia drinks machine in their kitchen area with a facility of a portable Flavia SP100 brewer unit that could be located in the boardroom or for any small meetings, where nobody wished to be disturbed. This in turn eliminated all the mess caused in the kitchen along with the saving of staff self brewing. CASE STUDY 3 COMPANY 3 - IMPROVED DRINKS AND SNACK MACHINE SERVICEThis company employed 85 people and had to date, only a small drinks vending machine and no confectionery machine. The company contacted us with regards to a totally operated filling and cleaning service. We looked at their operation and after consultations with the client decided that we would install one hot and cold drinks machine and one combined snack and can machine. Based on the package that we offered, the revenue through the machine covered all costs and generated a profit for our client with no involvement from the client whatsoever.
